FAQ
Up to 3 business days from payment confirmation — most songs are ready within two days. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Israel time; an order that comes in over the weekend is counted from Sunday morning, and the clock on your tracking page shows it exactly. Need it faster? With Express your song arrives within 24 hours of payment confirmation, including weekends and holidays — we skip the queue and produce yours first. An extra ₪99; from Thursday 12:00 until Sunday 00:00 and on holidays — ₪198.
Yes, revisions are included. Not quite what you imagined? Tell us what to change — the lyrics, the wording, the tone or the performance — and we revise it, at no extra cost. The clock only starts once the finished song is with you: from that moment you have 14 days to send comments. Each round comes back revised within 3 business days (Express — within 24 hours).
A full original song, 2–4 minutes long: lyrics written about the story you gave us, melody, vocals and production. You receive an MP3 file (and in Premium also a studio-quality WAV) and a personal gift page with the lyrics. In the questionnaire you can also add a karaoke version, a clip with your photos and more versions of the same song.
One of you starts the song and enters the participants’ emails. Each person receives a personal invitation, writes a memory or a line of their own and pays only their share on a secure payment page. The memories go into the lyrics. When the amount is complete we start writing, and everyone receives the song by email. If the amount is not completed within 30 days — every participant gets their money back.
You receive a full personal-use licence: listening, sharing with the recipient and posting on social media. The copyright itself remains with MYSONG under the Terms of Use.
A personal affiliate link — for anyone who sends a video. Post it wherever you like, and for every song bought through it within 30 days of the click you receive 10% of the order amount, with payment according to the programme terms. Your dashboard shows clicks, orders and commissions. Ordered from us? On your order page you can choose 20% off your next song for the video instead. Publication by us happens only after written approval from you and from everyone appearing in the video, and the decision whether to use a video rests with MYSONG alone.
Revisions are included for the lyrics, the wording, the tone and the performance. If the song wasn’t delivered by the promised time — a full credit. Cancellation before production starts — a full refund with no cancellation fee. Full details in the Terms of Use.
