Last updated: 1 November 2026. These terms govern the use of the site and ordering the service through it. Using the site or placing an order constitutes acceptance of the terms. This English text is a courtesy translation; the Hebrew version is binding.

MYSONG produces an original, personalised song based on the details provided in the questionnaire on the site. The production process combines artificial-intelligence tools for writing, composing and music production with human quality control before delivery. The product is a digital audio file, and in the Premium package also a personal online gift page. It is not a physical product and nothing is sent by post.
Prices on the site are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT as required by law: Classic package — ₪249; Premium package — ₪299. The Express upgrade (delivery within 24 hours of payment confirmation, including weekends and holidays) — an additional ₪99, because to meet it we move the order ahead of the regular queue. When payment is confirmed during the weekend and holiday period, the Express surcharge is ₪198, because production then takes place outside regular working days. The weekend and holiday period runs from Thursday 12:00 until Sunday 00:00, and from 12:00 on the last working day before a holiday eve until the end of the holiday (Israel time). The price shown in the order summary before payment is the final price charged; it is fixed when you reach the payment step and is valid for 30 minutes. An order paid before 25 October 2026 is subject to the price and terms shown at the time of payment. Karaoke version (the song without vocals) — an additional ₪59. It can also be ordered after paying for the song, as a separate payment. In a group song the cost is split between the participants, with a minimum contribution of ₪25 per person. The order takes effect only after full payment is received. A tax invoice is sent by email after payment. MYSONG may update prices from time to time; the binding price is the one shown when the order was placed.
The service is digital: there is no physical shipping and no shipping fee. The song is delivered by email to the address given in the order, with a personal link to listen and download (and, in the Premium package, a personal gift page). Email didn’t arrive? Check your spam folder or contact us and we will resend it at no cost.
The song is delivered within 3 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of all required details (most songs are ready within two days). Business days: Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Israel time, excluding holiday eves and Israeli holidays; an order confirmed outside these hours is counted from the start of the next business day. For an order with the Express upgrade — writing starts as soon as payment is confirmed, and the finished song is delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation, including weekends and holidays. There is no lyrics-approval step before delivery: the song is written and produced by us and reaches you finished, and revision requests are submitted after delivery under section 5. On Yom Kippur the clock stops from the start of the fast until its end. A karaoke version ordered after paying for the song is delivered within 3 business days after the song is delivered or — if the song has already been delivered — within 3 business days after it is paid for. A delay caused by incomplete details or by a change request from the customer is not considered lateness. If the song is not delivered within the promised window — the customer is entitled to a full credit.
5.1 Every order includes 2 revision rounds at no extra charge. A round is one revision request — a single message on your order page containing all your requests for the song; additional requests sent before we start producing the corrected version are part of the same round.
5.2 Our mistake (as defined in section 5.5) is always corrected free of charge, with no limit on the number of times, and is not counted among the rounds.
5.3 An additional round beyond the 2 included rounds costs ₪59 (including VAT). We will ask for your explicit approval of the charge before we begin, and you may cancel the request without charge until production begins. If it turns out that the request was a correction of our own mistake, we will refund the full amount.
5.4 A change of one or two words can sometimes be made in place and sometimes cannot, and we do not commit in advance to how it will be done. A change of more than a few words usually requires producing the song again, in which the melody and performance will be in a similar style but different. While the correction is being made, the delivered song stays on your order page for comparison. If you ordered additional versions, all delivered versions remain on the page and you may keep using them. If you did not order additional versions, the order includes one song: after the correction you will approve the version that becomes your song, and if the new version does not suit you, you may choose to keep the delivered song. We do not ask you to delete or return files you have already downloaded. A melody from one version cannot be combined with the lyrics of another. Each round is returned within 3 business days of receiving your notes (for an Express order — within 24 hours of receiving the request on working days; a request received from Thursday 12:00 until Sunday, or on a holiday — by 14:00 on the next working day).
5.5 "Our mistake" is a deviation from what you filled in on the questionnaire or approved in the order, or a production defect. Among others: a name spelled incorrectly, or pronounced incorrectly (including according to the pronunciation you gave in the questionnaire); a word pronounced incorrectly, a cut-off ending or unclear diction; a tempo different from the tempo you requested in the questionnaire; a factual detail that was distorted; a non-existent word or a grammatical error; an illogical line; something you asked us not to mention that was mentioned; something you marked "must appear" that is missing, distorted or repeated more than once beyond the chorus; a technical fault in the file; and also an earlier correction that changed a melody or style you liked, or a request you made in an earlier round that was not carried out. Fixing our mistake is always free, with no limit on the number of times, and is not counted among the rounds.
A "change" is any other request: new information that was not in the questionnaire; a correction of data you provided yourself (such as a date or a name) as it was shown to you in the order summary; a change of style, mood or wording that was correct and simply does not speak to you. A change counts as a round.
A request containing both: the part that is our mistake is free and not counted, and the change part counts as one round.
If there is doubt whether something is our mistake, we will treat it as our mistake. If you do not agree with the classification, write to support@mysong.biz, and Yaniv will review it personally, and no round will be charged until the matter is decided.
5.6 Rounds may be requested within 14 days of delivery of the latest version of the song. Our mistakes may be reported within 30 days of delivery. Nothing in this section reduces your rights under law.
5.7 Replacing the recipient, replacing the story from scratch, or a new song about another person is a new order.
5.8 An order paid before 22 October 2026 at 14:15 (Israel time) is subject to the previous wording of this section (unlimited revisions), available here: mysong.biz/idea/terms-v1.
Our warranty. MYSONG is responsible for the quality and delivery of the service as described in these terms: (a) the song is original, written especially for you, and includes the name and the main details you gave in the questionnaire; (b) correction of our own mistakes at no charge and without limit, and 2 revision rounds included in every order, as set out in this section; (c) if the song is not delivered within the promised time — a full credit (section 4); (d) a technical fault in the file or the link — we will fix it or resend it at no cost, at any time within two years of delivery. The warranty does not cover incorrect details given in the questionnaire; such corrections are made within the revision rounds. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Law.
6.1 Cancellation before production starts. Any order may be cancelled by written notice to support@mysong.biz as long as writing has not begun, with a full refund and no cancellation fee.
6.2 When production starts. Writing usually begins within a few hours of payment confirmation, and for an order with the Express upgrade — immediately. The production start time is recorded by us and will be provided to any customer who asks. The customer explicitly confirms, when ordering, that they are aware production starts immediately.
6.3 After production has started. The song is a work produced specifically for the customer according to their personal requirements, and therefore in our view the exception in section 14C(d) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, applies to it, whereby the statutory right of cancellation in a distance sale does not apply to goods made specially for the consumer to special requirements. Nevertheless, and beyond what the law requires, we grant in every case: unlimited correction of our own mistakes free of charge, 2 revision rounds included in every order (section 5), and a full credit in the event of a defect in the service or failure to meet the promised delivery time (section 4).
6.4 Consumers with an extended right of cancellation. A person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant may cancel a distance sale within four months of the transaction, subject to section 14C1 of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and presentation of a suitable certificate. In any case where a statutory right of cancellation applies, the cancellation fee will not exceed 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 — whichever is lower.
6.5 How refunds are made. A refund is made by the same payment method used for the transaction, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
In a group song one organiser opens the order and receives a personal link, and each participant pays part of the cost and adds a memory or a line of their own. Participants confirm that the memory they provided may be included in the lyrics, and that their first name may appear on the order page visible to the other participants. If the target amount is not reached within 30 days of opening the order, or the organiser asks to cancel — every participant is refunded their full contribution. The song is delivered to the organiser and to every participant who paid.
Upon completion of payment the customer is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial and non-transferable licence: listening, saving, playing at a private event, sharing with the recipient, sending to family and friends, and posting on personal social-media accounts. The licence does not include sale, commercial distribution, use in advertising, radio or television broadcast, uploading to commercial streaming services or registering the song with copyright collecting societies. Copyright in the work remains with MYSONG unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use is possible by purchasing a separate licence — contact us.
The customer declares that the details provided are correct, and that they have permission to share personal information and a story about the person the song is intended for. Offensive, inciting, infringing or unlawful content must not be submitted; MYSONG may refuse or cancel an order with a full refund if the content is inappropriate. A person about whom information was provided may contact us to request access or removal, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The song is produced with the help of artificial-intelligence systems, combined with human control. We cannot undertake that the product will bear no coincidental resemblance to an existing work, and we do not undertake a full match between the examples shown on the site and the final product.
The service is provided as is. MYSONG’s liability will in no case exceed the amount actually paid for the order, and will not apply to indirect or consequential damage or loss of profit. Nothing here derogates from consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.
A customer who has approved their song may share their reaction with us and receive a gift: a rating (and, if you wish, a few words) — a 5% discount code, for any rating, high or low; words and a photo — a 10% discount code; a video of the moment the person the song was dedicated to hears it — at their choice: a single-use 20% discount code, or joining the partner program (10% of every order paid through their personal link, under the program terms on the partners page) plus a 10% discount code for a friend. Terms: (a) the sender declares that the recording was made with the knowledge and consent of everyone appearing in it (and, for a minor, of their parent) and that they hold all permissions to hand it over; (b) each code is single-use, one code per order, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is valid for the period stated when it is given; (c) a gift for a video is given only after MYSONG has watched and approved the video, at its sole professional discretion — among other things due to picture or sound quality, the content of the video and its fit with the brand, third-party rights, or offensive, sexual, violent, commercial or unlawful content; approval does not depend on the opinion or rating expressed in the video; (d) one gift for a review and one gift for a video per order; (e) the sender grants MYSONG a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence with no time limit to use, edit and publish the content on the site, on social media and in paid advertising; MYSONG does not undertake to publish any content, and posts already shared cannot be recalled; (f) MYSONG may end the promotion or change its terms at any time, without affecting gifts already given. Nothing in this section derogates from rights that cannot be waived by law.
Friends code: a customer who has completed an order may receive a personal code for friends. The code gives a friend 10% off their order, for up to 5 different orders, one code per order; it cannot be exchanged for cash and is valid for 12 months from the date it is given. The code holder receives no benefit from its use. MYSONG may end the program at any time, without affecting codes already given during their validity period.
MYSONG may update these terms. The binding version is the one published on the site at the time the order was placed.
These terms are governed solely by Israeli law, and exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of the Haifa district.
